- Semi-Annual Community Yard Sale
- Annual Food Drive for the needy of our community
- Beautification Activities
Our Board of Directors is comprised of dedicated Chelsea Beach volunteers who are committed to serving the best interests of our community. They work tirelessly to ensure that our neighborhood remains a great place to live.
CBRA Officers:
President: Ben Harris
Vice President: Stephanie Holda
Treasurer: Samantha Fisher
Secretary: Judy Bart
The CBRA holds meetings at the Magothy Chelsea Community Lutheran Church. Dates are posted in the CBRA Facebook Group.
Time: 6:30pm
Joining the CBRA is voluntary but encouraged as it supports the maintenance, growth and property values of the community. Residents are invited to attend the meetings to socialize and to voice their opinions, concerns and ask questions on matters of interest (even if they are not CBRA members) as their input, ideas and participation are valued and welcomed.
